TEX MEX NACHOS

200g/7oz lightly salted tortilla chips
1 (400g) multi pack Tex Mex dips
50g cheddar cheese, grated

1.         Preheat the grill to high. Empty the chips out onto a heatproof plate. Use a teaspoon to spoon the salsa sauce all over the chips in little dollops, repeat with the guacamole, then the soured cream and chives.
2.         Scatter the cheese over the top of the chips and dips, then pop under the hot grill. Cook for 2 mins until the cheese has melted and the chips tinged golden. Serve straight away.
