Salmon, Sour Cream and Chive Bagel

1 bagel, split 
4 tbsp of fresh sour cream and chive dip 
1 slice smoked salmon 
handful watercress, spinach and rocket salad leaves


1. Lightly toast the bagel and cool slightly.
2. Spread the sour cream and chive dip over the base, top with salmon and the salad leaves.
3. Cut in half and serve.
