Being the foodie that she is, Liz just couldn’t resist when she was asked to represent one of Kent’s newest gastro-pubs, and provide one of her own trophy winning dishes on the menu. The Kings Head in Wye has just been given a major facelift, and with it comes a brand new concept and menu. Always keen to get her chef’s whites on, Liz threw herself in at the deep end and got busy in the kitchen! Check out the full story at kentnews.co.uk

Liz is on TV all this week, on the Wright Stuff, C5, 9:15am. On Thursday morning she is also on Sky News Daybreak at approx. 8:40am. Liz is then featured in next week’s edition of Closer magazine, and in May’s edition of Health & Fitness magazine. Keep your eyes on the calendar for these and all new events!
